1 How to Order
The Way Out West Ltd accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard and payment via Internet Banking.
1.1 Payment Terms and Conditions
1.1 Delivery will be made by us once payment funds have been cleared. 1.2 Prices are exclusive of tax at the applicable rate where required. 1.3 As part of our security against fraud, orders may need to be reconfirmed. The Way Out West Ltd will email customers to confirm card and details before delivery is made.
2.1 The Way Out West Ltd guarantees quality of Goods as per stated on our website. 2.2 Goods are hand made therefore human error / irregularities can occur. Please see 3 Returns for information on dissatisfaction of Goods.
3.1 If the Goods are damaged you will notify us by telephoning or emailing Customer Services as soon as possible after delivery and we will endeavour to replace the item asap dependent on stock availability. Items must be returned in their original condition. The Way Out West Ltd will refund any postage cost incurred in returning the goods (we will not refund any packaging costs). 3.2 If you are not completely satisfied with the Goods an exchange can be organised providing the Goods are returned in original packaging and excellent condition suitable for resale. Postage and packaging are direct costs and in this instance will not be refunded. We suggest you obtain proof of postage from your post office, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returned goods.
4 Faulty Goods
4.1 Faulty goods such as goods with stitch defects and design defects can be returned to The Way Out West Ltd. We will endeavour to replace the item asap dependant on stock availability. Items must be returned in their original condition. The Way Out West Ltd will refund any postage cost incurred in returning the goods (we will not refund any packaging costs).
5.1 Refunds can be either directly credited back into the purchasers bank account, by credit note or voucher. The Way Out West Ltd will not refund by cash. 5.2 There are no refunds on any sale items or items on ‘special’ advertised within The Way Out West Ltd website, Facebook page or Twitter feed. 5.3 The Way Out West Ltd does not have a change-of-mind refund policy. Our Caribous are made to order and therefore dear customers we cannot accept the following: * if you decide you don’t want the goods* if you find the same thing cheaper elsewhere* if you bought The Way Out West Ltd items for someone else and they don’t like them or already have them* if you bought an item that is not fit for purpose* you bought something that doesn’t match what you already have.*
Once you have received the item(s) contents should be checked and any problems reported within 14 days.
